In 2015 and again in 2022, the Loft has been transformed to improve the space and the comfort of this fascinating place, while keeping the charm of the old structure.

This former printing workshop will delight your imagination. The garden offers you a panorama and a calm of the rarest in the historical heart of Dinan.

The old printing house transformed into an atypical Loft benefits from an exceptional situation in the heart of the medieval city in the famous "rue de l'horloge", just a step away from the "Théâtre des Jacobins". Perfectly fitted out and with a closed and flowered garden, it has the character of a calm and spacious residence.
It is equipped with 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen that has been completely renovated, a large bathroom and a superb living room. The Lodging can accommodate 6 to 8 people and has beds 160/200 cm including a sofa bed and 2 beds 90/200cm (coupling of beds possible).
